Core Integrations

Our Business Systems team powers the tools that keep the entire company running. Made up of Support and Technical Projects, this group resolves internal tech tickets, drives major system upgrades, and builds the integrations that connect Salesforce with our enterprise platforms. Our diverse Salesforce team is comprised of various Salesforce Certified Administrators, Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, Project Managers, and Business Analysts who transform complex systems into seamless, scalable solutions that move the business forward.

West Shore Home’s technology vision is led by a balance of experience and innovation.

Chief Technology Officer Danny Fisher has been with the company for nearly eight years, rising from Business Systems Manager to the executive team. A hands-on leader, Danny works closely with his teams and played a key role in supporting West Shore Home’s first Applied AI interns. Alongside him, Chief Digital & AI Officer Eppie Vojt joined the company in 2024 and quickly made an impact. As West Shore Home’s first executive dedicated to digital and AI strategy, Eppie brings extensive C-suite experience and is leading AI-driven initiatives that enhance the customer experience and shape the future of home remodeling.

Together, their leadership empowers teams to innovate, grow, and build technology that drives meaningful impact across the organization.
