This rich mix of structured, unstructured, and relational data sources powers real-time insights across operations, marketing, sales, and field performance. By unifying data from every corner of the organization, our teams can make faster, smarter decisions.

In our primarily Azure cloud environment, we leverage tools like:

• Fivetran

• Azure Data Factory

• Azure Databricks

These tools extract and orchestrate data from our previously mentioned data sources across the business. These platforms give our engineers automated, scalable pipelines that seamlessly feed into our storage and analytics layers, so they can focus on building solutions, not managing manual processes.

Once data flows through our extract pipelines, it moves into our cloud-based storage systems, primarily Azure Storage and Delta Lake, where it’s organized, refined, and prepared for downstream use.

We use a structured Bronze → Silver → Gold architecture to progressively clean, validate, and shape the data. By the time data reaches the Gold layer, it’s fully governed, highly trusted, and ready to fuel analytics, reporting, and decision-making across the business.

As data moves from storage into use, governance and security ensure it’s handled responsibly. We validate and protect each dataset through tools such as:

• Azure Databricks

• Azure Key Vault

• Microsoft Azure

These platforms help us control access so information is shared only with the appropriate teams. This safeguards sensitive data while maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance.
