Our Digital Product team, the St. Paul, MN branch of the company, is called "Lighthouse Studio". We imagine, create, and support the proprietary technology tools that set West Shore Home apart as a destination employer and America's Most Admired Home Remodeling Brand.®
With a full cross-functional team, we are well-suited to meet new and exciting technology challenges head-on.
Agile/KANBAN: All product teams are self-organizing and use the KANBAN methodology to plan, track, and report on their work.
Cross-Functional Product Teams: Each product is built with constant oversight and collaboration between Business Analysts, UX Designers, Software Developers, Web Developers, Quality Assurance, Automation, and Support.
Product Owners & Managers Onsite: Each of our products has a dedicated owner who interfaces with the product team and greater West Shore Home daily.
Proprietary Tech: West Shore Home's rapid growth and forward-thinking approach to technology provide a perfect environment for custom tools—and that's what we build.
Internal Apps: From in-home measurement, specification, and room scanning to scheduling and photo capture, our suite of tools works hard for the business.
Website: From enabling brand and marketing flexibility to immersive tools for our current and future customers, our web experience helps to excite and engage.
Data Integration: Data gathered from our tools is nothing without connections to our CRM, product management, and business processes. We build and connect to tools that track, manage, and maintain our business.

Our development team consists of Software Developers, Web Developers, and some who bridge the gap. All developers help identify and execute improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensure the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of West Shore Home's digital product portfolio.
