The cold calling and door knocking days are over. We let our Design Consultants stick to what they do best - building relationships and closing sales - and our mighty Operations teams will handle the rest.

Our Design Consultants take the lead with pre-set appointments at customers' homes, bring their remodel dreams to life, and get rewarded with a base + UNCAPPED commission structure.

Balanced Schedule

At West Shore Home, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance for our sales representatives by providing a structured and manageable schedule.

  • Weeks 1 & 2: Running 1-3 appointments a day, Monday through Friday

  • Weeks 3 & 4: Running 1-3 appointments a day, Tuesday through Saturday

  • Thursday morning sales meetings at the branch

  • Sundays are always off
