Installation Professionals

The day starts at 6:30 a.m. at the branch warehouse with a quick morning meeting to review the day’s project. After loading tools and materials, you'll head to the customer’s home.

Depending on the assignment, you’ll be installing bath systems or replacing windows and doors. Most projects, Shower/Bath or Window/Door, involve a 2-person crew. However, depending on the size of the project or the skill level of the installers, that can be adjusted accordingly.

• No set end time — you work until the project is complete, depending on the type of job (One-Day Install vs. Full Bath Remodel)

• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours (Mon–Fri)

• Voluntary Saturdays paid at double time

At West Shore Home, we invest heavily in your success from day one.

Your first two weeks are dedicated to training:

• Week 1: Shadow experienced installers at your local branch to get familiar with day-to-day operations and project flow.

• Week 2: Travel to our state-of-the-art Training Center in Dallas, TX for immersive, hands-on instruction. You’ll complete mock installs, learn the processes, and gain a deep understanding of our installation standards.

We cover all travel expenses, including lodging, transportation, and meals while you’re at the training center.
