No, this is an in-office position. You will be connecting with potential customers through either Inbound or Outbound calls/texts/emails.

This includes both classroom-style instruction and interactive, hands-on learning to ensure every Inside Sales Representative and Appointment Coordinator is fully prepared and set up for success from day one.

Inside Sales Representatives

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping to schedule in-home consultations for our Sales team. This role is all about great communication, staying organized, and driving results by turning leads into appointments. If you enjoy connecting with people and working toward clear goals, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Schedule in-home appointments through inbound and outbound calls
Update and manage customer information in Salesforce
Coordinate with the scheduling team to secure appointment availability
Follow up with customers to confirm or adjust appointments as needed
Meet daily goals for call volume and appointment conversion

Appointment Coordinators

As an Appointment Coordinator, you'll help keep our sales operation running smoothly by ensuring every appointment is confirmed, staffed, and ready to go. You’ll work closely with both our customers and sales team—coordinating schedules, confirming details, and making sure calendars are accurate and up to date. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Schedule and confirm appointments based on consultant availability and location
Ensure every appointment is properly staffed and set up for success
Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to confirm details and answer questions
Keep appointment records accurate and up to date in our system
Flag scheduling issues and work with leadership to find quick solutions
