They utilize proprietary technology to deliver a cutting-edge experience for homeowners. With a base salary and uncapped commission, we offer limitless opportunities for both earning potential and professional growth.
The cold calling and door knocking days are over. We let our Design Consultants stick to what they do best - building relationships and closing sales - and our mighty Operations teams will handle the rest.
Our Design Consultants take the lead with pre-set appointments at customers' homes, bring their remodel dreams to life, and get rewarded with a base + UNCAPPED commission structure.
We are dedicated to investing in our employees' success. To ensure all our Design Consultants are fully prepared, we offer a comprehensive 3-week training program upon accepting an offer with West Shore Home.
Week 1 focuses on hands-on learning, where you’ll observe and ride along with experienced sales representatives at the home branch.
Weeks 2 and 3 take you on an all-expenses paid trip to our state-of-the-art training center in Dallas, TX. This is where you’ll dive deep into West Shore Home’s values, product lines, sales systems, and enhance your sales skills.
Beyond initial training, we are committed to ongoing development, offering leadership and management programs along with direct support to ensure continuous growth.
