We have spent the better part of 2020 learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. For West Shore Home, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, community, and then making adjustments to our day-to-day lives. We have one main goal: keeping our customers and our employees safe. With that in mind, we have made, and will continue to make, changes to our process and procedures to keep everyone safe. Following CDC and state and federal guidelines, West Shore Home is built on a foundation of always doing the right thing.

How Do These Changes Affect You?

From a customers perspective, we want you to not only feel safe and excited about working with West Shore Home, but be as safe as possible too. We are offering a multitude of choices when it comes to getting a free design consultation for your project. More on that below. We’re also taking all precautions on installation days too.

Ability to Schedule a Contactless (Virtual) Design Consultation

We understand that given the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, not all customers feel comfortable letting those who aren’t friends or family into their homes. In addition to in-home design consultations, we’re offering virtual, contact-free consultations for bath and shower remodeling projects. Changes to In-Home Design Consultations & Installations

Our Design Consultants will be bringing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to each appointment to protect themselves, our customers, and the technology that we use in the home. They will also be monitoring their own personal health. If a Design Consultant, or any other employee of West Shore Home, is experiencing symptoms they are required to stay home. If we become aware that an employee is feeling ill, we will immediately contact you to reschedule your appointment.

In addition, for your safety all Design Consultants and installation experts will:

  • Wear Face Masks
  • Wash Hands Frequently
  • Maintain Proper Social Distancing of at Least 6 Feet
  • Perform Temperature/Fever Checks Prior to Each Appointment
  • Train to Uphold Proper Hygiene Practices as Outlined by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)

Through adopting these best practices and policies, we aim to provide the highest-quality and safest service possible for our customers.
