We have spent the better part of 2020 learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. For West Shore Home, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, community, and then making adjustments to our day-to-day lives. We have one main goal: keeping our customers and our employees safe. With that in mind, we have made, and will continue to make, changes to our process and procedures to keep everyone safe. Following CDC and state and federal guidelines, West Shore Home is built on a foundation of always doing the right thing.
How Do These Changes Affect You?
From a customers perspective, we want you to not only feel safe and excited about working with West Shore Home, but be as safe as possible too. We are offering a multitude of choices when it comes to getting a free design consultation for your project. More on that below. We’re also taking all precautions on installation days too.
Ability to Schedule a Contactless (Virtual) Design Consultation
We understand that given the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, not all customers feel comfortable letting those who aren’t friends or family into their homes. In addition to in-home design consultations, we’re offering virtual, contact-free consultations for bath and shower remodeling projects. To learn more, please visit our contactless consultation page.
Changes to In-Home Design Consultations & Installations
Our Design Consultants and Installers will monitor their own personal health to ensure they are protecting our customers and themselves. If any employee of West shore Home is experiencing symptoms, they are required to stay home. If we become aware that an employee is feeling ill, we will immediately contact you to reschedule your appointment.
In addition, for your safety all Design Consultants and installation experts will:
- Follow all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Community Level Guidelines and Requirements
- Wash Hands Frequently
- Maintain Proper Social Distancing of at Least 6 Feet
- Uphold Proper Hygiene Practices Outlined by the CDC
Through adopting these best practices and policies, we aim to provide the highest-quality and safest service possible for our customers.
Customer Safety is Our First Priority
Again, at West Shore Home our ultimate goal is to provide the safest experience for our customers. Our coronavirus (COVID-19) policies and practices are continually evolving based on the recommendations of local, state, and federal health officials. If you have any questions about our safety policies or virtual consultation options, please don’t hesitate to call our support team.
