Employee Spotlight : Morgan Garrett

Meet Morgan Garrett. Starting as an administrative assistant, working her way up to a full-time position as an HR Administrator, Morgan has shown no signs of slowing down.

What brought you to West Shore?

I wanted to change my career path. I saw a better opportunity for my future. Taking chances sometimes works out, sometimes they don’t. This one definitely worked out for me.

What part of your work do you find to be the most interesting?

I love that I work with people who make me feel at home. Coming into work makes me happy because my co-workers make me laugh. Being happy with your job improves your life in so many ways. At least for me, it does.

What inspires you?

I get inspired by others who are driven, motivated, and determined in life. It gives me the motivation to be the best me I can. Seeing others achieve makes me believe anything is possible.
